This privacy policy, sets out how ‘The Children’s Nutrition Practice’ uses and protects any personal information that you provide us.

- Information collected on our Client Information Form;
- Information collected during consultations or email enquiries;
- Further medical/clinical information in relation to reports from other health professionals.
