Consultation Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully before booking a consultation

General

Initial, follow up and package consultations are charged as displayed on the Children’s Nutrition Practice website. Appointments can be booked via the Children’s Nutrition Practice website or by emailing info@childrensnutritionpractice.co.uk

When booking a consultation package, a link and discount code to book your follow up consultation will be emailed to you following your initial consultation. The responsibility for booking your follow-up consultation lies with the client, reminders may not be sent. Follow up consultations must be booked within 12 months of your initial consultation.

Suggested action points and any additional information, as discussed during your consultation, will be emailed to you within 5 days of your consultation. Consultations cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

Consultations are held online via a video link, unless agreed otherwise. AI tools may be used to summarise consultations.

If you choose to add the full nutritional analysis to your consultation, it is assumed that you agree for your email address and your child’s name and date of birth to be entered into Nutritics, for an account to be created and a link sent to you, to download the Libro app.
